The Regkey feature is a security measure that helps you keep track of your eBook by giving each customer their own, automatically generated, unique identification based on the customer's computer identification. This will prevent customers from sharing your eBook with others. below are the steps to enable the RegKey feature: 1. Open the eBook Generator and move through the steps to compile your eBook until you reach Step 8. 2. Check the option "Require Registration Key on Start". 3. Continue through to the final compilation page. 4. Click finish. When your customer downloads your eBook, they will be taken to a login screen that will require them to email you their user number. When you receive the email use the following steps: 1. Open the eBook Generator Regkey software provided free with your eBook Generator purchase and type in the user number they've supplied. 2. The key will automatically generate. 3. Copy and paste the key into a reply email to the customer.

My pictures aren't showing up when my eBook's finished. Why?

There are two possibilities: 1. Your image files are not stored in the same folder that your html pages are stored. This is the folder you specified in the eBook Generator. Move your image files to this folder. 2. Your image file paths are incorrectly stated in the eBook. * Verify that your image files are stored in the same folder as your html pages. * Open the first eBook page in an html editor (or other page-building program). * Delete the images and replace them with the files from the folder you specified in the eBook Generator. * Save the page * Repeat this for all pages that are missing images.

The first steps to using these features are to ensure that you have registered your copy of eBook Generator. Please complete these steps first: 1. Open your copy of eBook Generator 2. Click the "View" button in Step 1 3. Complete the form and follow the online instructions Once you have registered, you may now compile your first eBook and adjust your settings to allow eBook Generator to protect your eBook from unauthorized access. 1. Complete the steps to compile your eBook in Ebook Generator until you've reached Step 7. 2. At this step be sure to uncheck the option "Allow running eBook without registration". 3. Continue to click through the steps and finish compiling your eBook. When you reach the "Compilation Complete" screen, click on the "Register eBook" link. 4. A screen will be displayed with the eBook name and Author populated. * If you've already registered this book, you can click the "Assign" button/link to overwrite it. * If you haven't registered it, Click the "New eBook" link. I'm getting extra pages at the end of my eBook with only pictures in them. Why?

Make sure the option "Extract from Memory" in Step 10 of the eBook Generator is unchecked. If you required your pictures to be extracted, please follow the instruction below: 1. Open the eBook Generator. 2. Click the "Next" button until you reach step 4, "Toolbar and Window Properties". 3. Make sure the "Previous/Next" option is unchecked. 4. Be sure to embed a hyperlink for the "Previous" page and "Next" page into each page of your eBook. This will ensure your customers will be able to navigate properly.

This depends on the product you are promoting. Each commission structure is listed on the main page of the Affiliate Center once you're logged in to your affiliate account. Payments Commission Rate: Commission per sale is between 35% and 50% depending upon the product. To find the rate for each product, simply click on that product in Affiliate Tools. Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid 45 days following the end of the month the sale was made in. Example: Commission earned on a sale made on any date in April will be paid on June 15th. Payment Method: Commission is paid either via check or PayPal. The default is to pay via check. If you would like to receive your commission payments via PayPal, please go to My Account Data and choose the PayPal option. It is the affiliate's responsibility to update any PayPal email addresses, mailing addresses or check name changes. Enlarging a header may distort the image. The headers are generated to be 600 pixels wide and 125 pixels high. We recommend the following: 1. Place the header in the center of a cell built in your webpage building software or html editor. 2. Adjust the cell size to your desired size and matching the cell background to the header image.

Why don't I have the CD Cover option in my version of eCover Generator?

You will need to install the most recent version of the software to access this option. To do this:

Go to the Home page of our help desk and click on "Contact the Customer Care Team". Fill out the form with the following:

* The email address you used to purchase the product
* Your full name
* Your order number

For security reasons, don't forget to type the code you see at the bottom of the web page.

Once our Customer Service Representatives receive verification of your order, we will send the latest version to you promptly.

Before installing the new version you'll need to:

* Completely uninstall all versions of eCover Generator from your computer using the "Add/Remove Programs" in your control panel.
* Open your computer's file search program and search for anything related to "eCover" that isn't an actual eCover you've created and delete these files and folders.

Install the latest version beginning with the program and then the template setup.

WARNING: Do NOT install the templates first. Please install the program, then the template.

Your server pages have not been set up. Below are the instructions: 1. Open eBook Generator. 2. Click the "View" button. 3. You will be taken to an online registration web page. 4. Fill out the information and follow the online instructions. 5. Resume the eBook Generator Dialog box and finish compiling your eBook.

My Login screen disappears after only a few seconds!

The "Splash Bitmap" screen has been enabled. In order to utilize a login screen, the "Splash Bitmap" option must be unchecked. Below are the instructions: 1. Open your eBook Generator. 2. Click the "Next" button until you reach Step 3, "eBook Interface Properties". 3. Verify the at the "Enable Splash Bitmap" option is un-checked. 4. Continue to click the "Next" button until you have complied your eBook.

MarketerCMS is a Wordpress-Based Theme, therefore reliant on Wordpress already being installed on your web server before using it. This means you need 3 things already in place before uploading it... 1. Your own domain (www.yourdomainnamechoice.com) 2. Web hosting for that domain, preferably with cpanel or Fantastico functionality for easy installation of wordpress (Hostorix.com is an example of a host that is compatible with Wordpress) 3. You must indicate whether you want a logo or the title text instead. To do this, login to your admin panel, and go to the "MarketerCMS" panel on the left sidebar. Then click on the "Logo/Logo Settings" subpanel. There, click on the button to remove the logo. Your site title should now reappear on your website.

If you click on "Appearance" then "editor" (in the admin area), the file you should see in your browser is style.css. That's your stylesheet. Look for: a { color: #333; } (That's usually about at line 39-40) #333 is the hex color for dark grey. Change it to whatever color: http://coolmaxhot.com/graphics/hex-color-palette.htm For example, let's say you want blue #0000FF, then your code should be changed to look like this: a { color: #0000FF; } Then click "save/update" at the bottom.
